class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Hiperbari\u010dna oksigenoterapija<\/strong> je neinvazivan, bezbolan i siguran terapijski postupak koji se primjenjuje u lije\u010denju svih oboljenja i stanja u kojima je prisutna hipoksija.<\/p><p>Ne postoji lijek kojim bi se mogla pove\u0107ati koli\u010dina kiseonika u krvi. Jedini za sada poznati na\u010din, utemeljen na pove\u0107anju koli\u010dine kiseonika rastvorenog u krvi pri povi\u0161enom pritisku je hiperbari\u010dna oksigenacija (HBOT). To je nau\u010dno utemeljena metoda lije\u010denja koja se sprovodi udisanjem \u010distog medicinskog (100%) kiseonika u hiperbari\u010dnoj komori pri pritisku ve\u0107em od jednog bara, \u0161to je vrijednost normalnog \u00a0pritiska na nivou mora. Udisanjem hiperbari\u010dnog kiseonika dobijemo i do 20 puta vi\u0161e kiseonika rastvorenog u krvi nego udisanjem vazduha (normalno disanje) ili tri do \u010detiri puta vi\u0161e nego udisanjem kiseonika pri normalnom pritisku. Difuzijom kiseonika rastvorenog u krvi prema tkivima, velikom brzinom se ispravlja lokalna i\/ili op\u0161ta hipoksija (nedostatak kiseonika u tkivima). Veliki broj bolesti i stanja u svojoj osnovi ima nedostatak kiseonika \u2013 hipoksiju -uzrokovanu razli\u010ditim mehanizmima. Bilo da je u pitanju primarni uzrok bolesti ili njena posledica, osnovno je ukloniti taj nedostatak, kako bi \u0107elije tkiva mogle pre\u017eivjeti i ponovno uspostaviti normalne funkcije. Kako je nedostatak kiseonika opasan za svaku \u0107eliju, jasno je otkuda veliki interes i vrlo \u0161iroka primjenjivost hiperbari\u010dnog kiseonika kao lijeka.<\/p><p>Dejstvo:<\/p><ul><li>pove\u0107ava koli\u010dinu kiseonika u \u0107elijama na ra\u010dun fizi\u010dki rastvorenog kiseonika u plazmi \u010dime se koriguje hipoksija i smanjuje upalna reakcija tkiva;<\/li><li>pobolj\u0161ava cirkulaciju krvi, smanjuju\u0107i gustinu plazme, pove\u0107avaju\u0107i elasti\u010dnost opne crvenih krvnih zrnaca, smanjuju\u0107i ljepljivost trombocita i bijelih krvnih \u0107elija, te ubrzanjem stvaranja mre\u017ee novih krvnih kapilara (neoangiogeneza);<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>dovodi do odstranjenja gasnih mjehuri\u0107a iz organizma, \u0161to je od velike va\u017enosti kod ronilaca i gasne embolije;<\/li><li>pove\u0107ava odbrambene sposobnosti organizma, jer pove\u0107ava sposobnost bijelih krvnih \u0107elija, zaustavlja rast bakterija i ubija ih, pri \u010demu je to djelovanje najvi\u0161e izra\u017eeno kod bakterija koje ne mogu \u017eivjeti u prisustvu kiseonika;<\/li><li>poja\u010dava djelovanje nekih antibiotika i drugih lijekova;<\/li><li>ima sna\u017ean uticaj na smanjenje otoka jer izaziva su\u017eavanje krvnih sudova, \u0161to je od velikog zna\u010daja za lije\u010denje mnogih bolesti i stanja;<\/li><li>podi\u017ee nivo odbrane organizma protiv opasnih oblika kiseonika (slobodnih kiseoni\u010dnih radikala), \u010dime usporava procese starenja \u0107elije;<\/li><li>pove\u0107ava osjetljivost \u0107elija zlo\u0107udnih tumora na zra\u010denje i smanjuje propratne efekte zra\u010denja;<\/li><li>oporavlja produkciju kolagena i omogu\u0107ava stvaranje podloge novom tkivu te tako ubrzava regeneraciju ko\u017enog i potko\u017enog tkiva i zarastanje rana;<\/li><li>ubrzava oporavak kod povrede kostiju (osteogenezu);<\/li><li>omogu\u0107uje br\u017ei oporavak sportista nakon povreda;<\/li><li>pobolj\u0161ava mentalne funkcije i skra\u0107uje vrieme provo\u0111enja nervnih impulsa<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>Indikacije:<\/p><p>Brojne su indikacije za primjenu hiperbari\u010dne oksigenacije. Za neke bolesti je HBOT lijek izbora, za neke pomo\u0107na terapija a sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e se primenjuje i kod zdravih ljudi u cilju prevencije bolesti i pobolj\u0161anja op\u0161teg psiho-fizi\u010dkog statusa.
